Account Deletion
You can request permanent deletion of your ClawOn.Cloud account and associated personal data.
How to initiate deletion
Send your deletion request from your account email address to privacy@clawon.cloud with the subject line Delete my account.
After we verify account ownership, we will permanently delete your account data, except information we must keep for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or security obligations.
What gets deleted
Deletion includes account profile data, assistant configuration, knowledge files, and service data associated with your account.
Processing time
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
