This Privacy Policy explains what data ClawOn.Cloud collects, how we use it, and when it is shared with third-party AI providers.

1. Data We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including account email, onboarding settings, support messages, custom instructions, and knowledge files or text you upload.

We also collect configuration and operational data needed to run the service, such as authentication identifiers, channel settings, request logs, and diagnostic metadata.

Billing data is handled by Stripe (web) and Apple (in-app purchases). We do not store full payment card numbers.

2. How We Use Data

We use data to authenticate users, deliver assistant responses, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, send transactional notifications, and maintain service reliability and security.

3. Data Shared with Third-Party AI Providers

When you use AI features, we transmit only the data needed for a response, which can include prompt text, relevant conversation context, selected model, and content you explicitly include (such as knowledge snippets).

AI requests may be processed by third-party providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Moonshot, xAI, and other model providers available through our routing partner OpenRouter.

4. Permission for AI Data Sharing

We send data to AI providers only after you choose to use AI functionality (for example, by sending a prompt or running an assistant action). Your use of those features authorizes this processing and transfer.

5. Other Third-Party Services

We share necessary data with service providers such as payment, email delivery, and cloud infrastructure vendors. We do not sell personal data or share it for third-party advertising.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After account deletion, we remove or anonymize data within 30 days except where legal retention is required.

7. Account Deletion

You can initiate permanent account deletion at /account-deletion.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal data, while recognizing that no system is perfectly secure.
